  monitor activities of study participants, handle human biological samples and record data. Responsibilities also include taking vital signs, performing EKGs, phlebotomy, height/weight, and monitoring meals.&nbsp; Excellent training is provided.&nbsp;&nbsp;Previous medical experience is preferred, but not required.

  This is a full time role. Starting pay is $19.50/hour with the ability to earn an additional $4.25 hour as you get signed off on skills like phlebotomy, dosing, and shift supervisor.&nbsp; In this role you will work 5x8 or 4x10 hour shifts between the hours of 5a-5:30p and up to one weekend per month.

<div>Celerion&rsquo;s Lincoln site is hiring a part-time <b>Operations Support Analyst</b> to support scheduling and resource planning for upcoming clinical studies. This role acts as a mini-project coordinator, scheduling real-time sample analysis in collaboration with our on-site clinics and bioanalytical labs across North America. It is a highly dynamic position that requires proactive communication with multiple teams to determine when and how work can be completed.</div><div></div><div><br>
This position is part-time, working <b>20&ndash;25 hours per week</b> with a flexible, hybrid working schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role is expected to last 6&ndash;9 months, with the possibility of extension or development into a permanent position. <b>We are seeking candidates who can meet with the team in Lincoln, NE, on-site regularly.</b></div><div></div><div><b><br>
What You'll Do:</b></div><div>
In this role, you will collaborate with our North American Molecular and Cell Biology teams in Lincoln and Phoenix to schedule sample analysis for real-time processing from clinic sites. You will coordinate clinical protocol details alongside proposed study dates to generate demand forecasts and continuously assess scheduling options to find cohesive solutions across departments. You may also engage with AI tools and Smartsheet to support ongoing improvements to our scheduling processes.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What We're Looking For:</b></h3><ul><li>
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>
The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, thrives in a fluid and fast-paced environment, and is motivated to deliver quality work that supports real business decisions.
</li><li>Familiarity with clinical trial protocols and processes or research is a plus.
</li><li>Strong English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and solid overall IT skills are required.
