Job description:We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a FDO cum Admin Assistant (Female), who will be responsible for managing the reception area and providing excellent customer service to visitors and employees. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally.</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls as necessary.</li><li>Provide accurate information to visitors regarding the company, its products/services, and relevant policies.</li><li>Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when assisting visitors, clients, and employees.</li><li>Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a positive image of the company.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks, such as typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.</li><li>Assist with various administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining office supplies.</li><li>Help in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops, including</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, additional certification in office administration is a plus.</li><li>Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer or similar customer-facing role.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in using office equipment, such as a phone system, scanner, printer, and computer.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>Experience: Fresh - 1 year.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current/Last Salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>FDO: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
