The position focuses on coordination, accurate system updates, incident reporting, and monthly data verification to support smooth operations and timely billing.Key Performance Indicators: &middot; Coordinate with the workshop team for vehicle maintenance and availability&middot; Ensure proper tracking and monitoring of vehicles assigned to specific customers&middot; Timely update of trip sheets and operational data into the system&middot; Ensure accurate system data entry before monthly closing&middot; Promptly report any vehicle incidents or breakdowns to the Operations Manager&middot; Reconcile and verify monthly data with customers to ensure timely and accurate billing&middot; Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):&middot; Timely sharing of daily vehicle status with customers and operational teams&middot; Execution of daily operations in line with customer-defined KPIs&middot; Maximizing the number of trips as per customer requirements&middot; Accurate and timely reporting of breakdowns and operational disruptions&middot; Consistent and proper data management and system updates.Requirement:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree (BBA/MBA) in Supply Chain or related field&middot; 2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in Fleet operations&middot; Strong organizational and coordination skills&middot; Multitasking and ability to work under pressure&middot; Well conversant with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your last/current salary?</li><li>What is your expected salary?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Fleet Operation: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Operation Executive - Fleet

&middot; Responsible for all operational activities of the CHB Department.&middot; To ensure proper customs clearance Operations with 100 % Compliance.&middot; Providing clients with spontaneous status updates of their shipments.&middot; Cost Effectiveness 100%.
