Work Schedule/Hours: Normal Business Hours
Pay Range: The base pay range for this position is $85,000 &ndash; 90,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate&rsquo;s experience, education, and skill set. 
This position will function as the Quality Engineer for the site's Commercial and Nuclear Quality Programs, reporting to the Site Quality Manager. The Commercial Quality Programs include ISO-9001, API, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), and ASME Section I and VIII. The Nuclear Quality Program includes 10CFR Part 50 Appendix B, 10CFR Part 21, ASME Section III, and ASME NQA-1. The candidate will be expected to assist in the maintenance of the existing programs as well as the development of process improvements. 
The candidate will also be expected to help maintain the Approved Vendors List and be able to travel and conduct Supplier audits and surveys of the company&rsquo;s sub-suppliers and service suppliers. Additional responsibilities include technical and quality review of customer purchase orders, procurement documents, work orders, and document packages supporting Commercial and Nuclear products.<div></div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Duties and Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>
Review Customer POs and ensure the technical and QA requirements are set up in SAP per the customer PO before releasing to the next step.</li><li>
Review of Work Orders and Purchase Orders in support of production activities.</li><li>
Assist in conducting Internal audits as per the Commercial and Nuclear QMS requirements.</li><li>
Assist in audits/surveys of suppliers for Commercial and Nuclear products.</li><li>
Assist in regulatory and customer audits/surveys.</li><li>
Coordinate QA/QC requirements within the site under the supervision of the Site Quality Manager.</li><li>
Interface with regulators, external auditors, customers, and company stakeholders.</li><li>
Support site initiatives to improve cost of poor quality.</li><li>
Assist in processing and implementation of Corrective Actions and Nonconformances.</li><li>
Assist in the updating / developing of procedures and processes.</li><li>
Assist Documentation Specialist in development of documentation packages through answering of technical questions related to Quality Program / Regulatory / Customer PO requirements.</li><li>
Travel, as needed, to support maintenance of the Approved Vendors List.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by the Site Quality Manager.</li></ul><div></div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</h1><ul><li>
Knowledge of Commercial QA Program standards ISO-9001, API, ASME Section I, VIII, or PED.</li><li>
Or Knowledge of Nuclear QA Program standards ASME Section III NCA, ASME NQA-1, 10CFR Part 50 Appendix B, and 10CFR Part 21.</li><li>
Non-conformance reporting requirements.</li><li>

Education and Experience</h1><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in STEM field of study or demonstrated equivalent experience is required.</li><li>
1-2 years of direct working knowledge and experience with ISO-9001, API, ASME Section I or VIII, or PED.</li><li>
Or 1-2 years of direct working knowledge and experience with 10CFR50 Appendix B Nuclear Quality Program, ASME Section III NCA Program, or ASME NQA-1 program, and knowledge of 10CFR Part 21.</li></ul>

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Sales Manaer will be responsible for the aftermarket sales and business development of the of assigned brands / products / services, to key Power &amp; Energy End Users, within Saudi Arabia and Bahrain:<ul><li><div>

They will proactively interact with new and existing customers to expand the customer base, develop the customer relationship, troubleshoot the specific customer concerns or problems, generate leads and opportunities, all with the objective to achieve the specified sales and business development targets.
The Sales Manager will also prepare and present sales presentations, sales forecasts and action plans in order to maximise the market potential and will develop goals accordingly to achieve the specified sales and business development targets. 
PRINCIPAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Sell and promote Celeros Flow Technology assigned aftermarket on spares, upgrades and service solutions in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain (End users, service contractors, engineering consultants) or via Local Agents / Distributors (where applicable).</li><li>
Where Local Agents / Distributors are necessary it will be required to ensure the appropriate procedures are followed and the required support is provided to facilitate the deal. When engaging with a new Local Agent / Distributor ensure the due diligence documents should be completed and submitted in a timely manner to the Legal Department for approval. Continue to manage and support the Local Agents / Distributors &ndash; provide technical and commercial support, provide training and guidance, make joint visits to key Customers as necessary, set KPI&rsquo;s, monitor and evaluate performance, provide feedback / escalate as necessary through weekly meetings and quarterly reviews.
</li><li>Demonstrate strong expertise for assigned products and for the industry.
</li><li>Develop and expand relationships with existing and potential Customers and maintain close relationships with key Customers through driving spares price agreements with key accounts.
</li><li>Communicate regularly and consistently with existing and potential Customers to generate leads and opportunities and maximize aftermarket entitlement of the installed base.
</li><li>Appraise Customer&rsquo;s current and future needs and advise on the appropriate Celeros Flow Technology products and services to meet their requirements and propose alternative solutions as necessary.</li><li>
Follow up with Customers to ensure Celeros Flow Technology products and services are meeting their requirements and expectations.
</li><li>Investigate and coordinate the resolution of complaints raised by Customers and troubleshoot their concerns.</li><li>
Interface with Customers and conduct on-site meetings as necessary to understand requirements, to obtain order commitment, to finalise designs and to resolve concerns / complaints.</li><li>
Collaborate with other Regional Product Sales Managers, sharing information and business opportunities.
</li><li>Coordinate with Field Service Engineers to win Customer maintenance contracts where appropriate.</li><li>
Support Field Service Engineers and conduct joint site visits to facilitate work and training activities.
</li><li>Proactively react to Customers RFQ&rsquo;s (request for quotation). secure the necessary internal approval to proceed with a quotation. Effectively communicates to the Customer the intention to provide a quotation, or not. Updates the CRM or equivalent tool accordingly.</li><li>
In close consultation with the Application Engineering Team and where necessary the Product Management Team, review and interpret Customer enquiries. Analyze the requirements in line with data sheets, specifications, P&amp;IDs, plans, and other project specific documents. Design, size and select suitable products as per the Customers requirements and support the Application Engineering Team to develop an appropriate proposal / quotation.
</li><li>For both the Company and the Customer coordinate the technical and commercial review of the quotation and assist with the negotiations for the same.
</li><li>Once quotation negotiations have concluded, prior to receiving the Customers PO, secure the necessary approval as per Company established approval matrix for all orders above Company defined threshold limit and for all orders that stipulate exceptional T&amp;C&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Organise and drive the preparation of bids and contracts.
</li><li>Coordinate with the Finance / Accounts team and be aware of and problems with Supplier and Customer accounts.</li><li>
Coordinate and actively participate in the order hand over meeting with the Manufacturing Facility, Project Manager and Supply Chain Team. Provide clarification on any specific project requirements and on any technical or commercial queries.
</li><li>With your Line Manager / Regional Director, review the market potential for assigned products in the assigned territories and compile a strategy and action plan in order to maximize market potential and achieve targets. Continue to develop and recommend innovative ideas and tactics to increase market share and increase sales.</li><li>
With your Line Manager / Regional Director, evaluate and determine optimum route to market, including a pricing and marketing strategy and identify suitable partnership Companies to sell Celeros Flow Technology products and services.
</li><li>Execute agreed action plans to achieve targets for assigned products in the assigned territories.
</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the assigned region on a regular basis. Report any concerns and suggested solutions and any opportunities and suggested action plans to the Line Manager / Regional Director.
</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (forecast, customer visit report, etc.) showing sales volume including potential sales, monitored against the budget, with action plans to address variations.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
</li><li>Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and seminars either directly or in conjunction with Local Agents / Distributors.</li><li>
Represent the Company in a professional manner aligned to the Celeros Flow Technology Values and ensure all activities comply with both legal and ethical standards.</li></ul>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE<ul><li>
Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, Production, Fluid Power Technology)
</li><li>Five to ten years&rsquo; experience in the oil &amp; gas / power &amp; energy market &ndash; essential</li><li>
Strong understanding of mid-stream market segment, especially pipeline and tank farm sub-segment along with Power and Water market. Contacts at Aramco, SABIC, SWCC, SEC plants and sites are desirable.</li><li>
A thorough understanding of valves and their related applications &ndash; specific knowledge of the slab and expanding gate Control and Bypass valve markets, competition, differentiators would be a distinct advantage.</li><li>
Strong exposure to pig launcher and receiver solutions, specifically closure doors is required</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.</li></ul>
