You will be responsible for performing the Manufacturing Engineering functions as related to planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes in liaison with the Global Engineering group within the global manufacturing organization (GMO) factory by performing the following duties.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Estimates production times and works with SAP and WO</li><li>

Oversee welding activities conducted on our products</li><li>
Develop welding techniques procedures utilizing characteristics of metal alloys.</li><li><div><ul><li>
Selection of existing welding equipment, or test/evaluate new equipment</li></ul></div></li></ul><ul><li>
Develop and test new fabrication processes and techniques,
</li><li>Prepare technical reports, make recommendations and review customer specifications</li><li>
Qualify welding procedures and the welding personnel</li><li>
Responsible for estimating welding consumables
</li><li>Supervise welded joints and testing to assure contract requirements are met
</li></ul><ul><li>Liaison with Master Planners and Engineering group to ensure product design is manufacturable with efficient production methods.</li><li>
Oversee capital projects are designed, purchased, installed and functioning as defined.</li><li>
Determine purchased product specifications interaction with our products/processes.</li><li>
Confers with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.</li><li>
Confers with maintenance to develop and facilitate production and facility equipment preventative maintenance program.</li><li>

SME in welding and nuclear codes such as ASME Section I, II, III, VIII, IX.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret a wide variety of documents such as regulations, blueprints, SOPs, equipment IOM etc.</li><li>

NACE Level II Coatings required. Position will manage a team of 5 employees, supervisory experience required.</b></p><p></p><div><br>
Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing visual and precision instrument inspection of manufactured parts for dimensional and GD&amp;T. Specialized inspections using CMM, Portable arm, Portable Scanner, for compliance with drawing requirements. In performing your work, you will interact with multiple internal departments including Manufacturing, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Accounting, and Shipping/Receiving. You may also work with external contractors. Daily workflow is assigned by the Quality Supervisor and/or based on project demands.</div><div></div><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Principle Duties and Responsibilities</b></h1><ul><li>
Performing visual, mechanical inspection of purchased or manufactured parts, in process or finished, to determine if the parts conform to specifications, drawings, designated codes and standards.</li><li>
Using precision measuring and testing equipment, including calipers, height gage, micrometre&rsquo;s, surface plate, Articulated ARM, Optical Comparator to perform mechanical inspections.</li><li>
Preparing a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) for any part that does not meet specified requirements and processing it per established procedures.</li><li>
Document nonconformances in SAP- NCR module where needed and complete the transactions in SAP.</li><li>
Review and verification of materials received from vendors.</li><li>
Witnessing internal testing procedures to verify accuracy of results.</li><li>
Interpreting and executing an Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).</li><li>
Interfacing with third-party inspectors to verify completion of required customer requests.</li><li>
Handling other assigned work-related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by your immediate supervisor.</li><li>

Experience in using and programming of Articulated ARMs is required.
</li><li>Experience in using and programming of CMM, Keyence, or Quick Vision systems is preferred.</li><li>

GENERAL SUMMARY</b></p><p>
The Field Service Engineer will report directly to the Service Centre Manager &ndash; Abu Dhabi and will work on a diverse range of Celeros Flow Technology brands and products as well as third party equipment. The Field Service Engineer will partner with the Field Service and Workshop Teams (as necessary), to provide world class support and solutions to our customers by installing equipment, identifying and correcting equipment faults and by servicing, maintaining and refurbishing equipment at customer sites. The key requirements of this role are to ensure the smooth running of equipment at customer sites and to prepare reports accordingly. The position holder will primarily be required to undertake activities from external locations such as customer sites and will occasionally be required to undertake activities at the workshop in the Abu Dhabi Service Centre, as deemed appropriate.
</p><p>The Field Service Engineer will have a working knowledge and experience of API Pumps, pump commissioning in the field, and pump workshop services.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Principal Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><br>

Lead the installation of new equipment at site.</li><li>
Coordinate with manufacturing facilities to prearrange documentation, parts and information required to enable efficient commissioning and installation of new equipment.</li><li>
Service equipment &amp; perform equipment maintenance in accordance with customer service agreement.</li><li>
Troubleshoot equipment / system problems and provide technical support and guidance to customers.
</li><li>Perform emergency breakdown service for customers, on 24 hour per day 7 day per week basis.</li><li>
Interact with facilities on warranty related service work when on site, as necessary.</li><li>
Lead the inspection and / or removal of equipment from sites for transfer to the Service Centre as and when required.</li><li>
Lead investigations, either at sites or the Service Centre (as necessary) to quantify possible extent and source of reported operational problems.</li><li>
Disassemble equipment to identify and solve operational problems and to perform maintenance as necessary, install new parts or use agreed refurbishment techniques as necessary and then reassemble equipment.</li><li>
Produced detailed reports including digital photographs.
</li><li>Lead the re-installation of equipment at site.</li><li>
Perform the necessary condition monitoring and performance monitoring of equipment.</li><li>
Promote the use of Celeros FT original parts and the use of service agreements to customers.</li><li>

Lead on-site field service teams, including Celeros FT Workshop Technicians and sub-vendors under the supervision of Celeros FT.
