About the role
Celfocus is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Cloud or AWS, Azure is also nice to have.
You will be part of a young team with the task of migrating and implementing solutions to google cloud. We encourage an environment of collaboration and continuous growth. In Celfocus we believe in personal growth so opportunities will be given to learn and certificate your knowledge.
You will collaborate with Developers and Architects to deliver a cloud solution that is scalable, reliable, and secure.
This role requires a strong command of the English language and the ability to discuss, design and build solutions with global partners. 
As a part of your job, you will:<ul><li>
Collaborate with other teams and customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored cloud solutions.</li><li>
Provide technical insight to maximize value from new and existing IT products and solutions in cloud, multi-cloud, hybrid cloud solutions.</li><li>
Help to identify clients&rsquo; technological transformation and engineering improvement opportunities and provide relevant and practical solutions to address those needs.</li><li>
 Implement strategies &amp; transformation plans for clients to migrate to cloud solutions using Google Cloud / AWS.</li><li>
Always be mindful of security by default and follow security best practices.</li></ul>
What are we looking for?<ul><li>
4-5 years of proficiency/autonomous in Google and AWS Clouds.</li><li>
Competence in IaC technologies like Terraform and Ansible.</li><li>
Experienced with Kubernetes.</li><li>
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Git, GitHub, bash scripting, Linux, etc).</li><li>
Understanding of private, public and hybrid cloud architecture, networking, cloud operations and cost models.</li><li>
Self-motivated and ability to adapt in a demanding multicultural environmen</li><li>
Fluent in English both verbal and written</li><li>
Ability to easily acquire new technology knowledge, particular in other cloud providers
</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>
Experience with Azure.</li><li>
Some knowledge of FinOps
</li><li>Certifications in Google Cloud or AWS, or Azure.</li><li>
Experience with designing cloud migration projects.</li></ul>

 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a frontend engineer to join the Celfocus&rsquo; Egypt Delivery Center.

 As a part of your job, you will:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Participating in the entire software development life cycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and profile and analyze bottlenecks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast rendering and smooth interactions for high data volumes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications with a particular emphasis on the UI (interactions, styling, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on proposals involving solutions/architecture related to Frontend technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop scalable and responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries like React.

 <li>
 Proficiency with UI rendering optimization, caching, bundling and responsive pages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends, techniques, and best practices, and apply them to projects as appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met and allow for regression testing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development.
 </li>

 Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be an active member of our frontend community.

 What are we looking for?

 Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 4+ years of professional experience in Front-End development such as (React or Angular).
 </li>
 <li>
 3+ years solid experience in building and maintaining complex web applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in JavaScript/Typescript and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and AJAX.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in web architectures (MVC, MVVM, etc.) and communication protocols (HTTP, SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience working with XML/JSON.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with software engineering best practices such as design patterns, code reviews, unit, and integration testing, etc.

 Strong experience with frontend builds tools, package managers, and task runners such as (Webpack, Babel, NPM, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience about testing frameworks such as Jest.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in software security aspects and tools such as (Authentication/Authorization, Encryption/Decryption, Digital Signatures, Identity and Access Management). (Owasp Top 10)

 Strong experience with code analysis and review tools such as (ESLint, SonarQube, CodeQL).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in continuous integration and continuous delivery tools (CI/CD) such as (Jenkins, Github Actions or Gitlab Pipelines).

 <li>
 Experience with ticket tracking and documentation tools such as (JIRA and Confluence).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with version control systems and its daily workflow such as (GitHub and GitLab).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Relational/NoSQL databases and data workflow management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of cloud and containerized solutions (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of content management system (CMS) such as (Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Liferay, Contentful).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of principles of microservices architecture design (clean and/or hexagonal architectures, message-driven solutions) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of API Gateways (Kong API Gateway) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Figma and Sketch is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of TELCO industry BSS architectures is preferable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands on experience integrating with REST APIs using TMF standards &amp; Open API specifications is preferable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solver mindset: for a given context, think, design, and present a solution for a diverse set of stakeholders (from CTO to architects and developers).
