This position is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions while implementing system enhancements that will improve the productivity and efficiency of key business systems.Qualifications:Education/Certification:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalentcertifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, or other relevant certifications)Clear and valid driver&rsquo;s licenseSpecial Knowledge/Skills:Advanced understanding of server hardware and virtualization technologiesAdvanced understanding of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and security principlesProficient in system design, implementation, and maintenanceExperience with backup and disaster recovery solutionsStrong understanding of scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python)Experience:Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in IT with at least 2 years as systems administratorMajor Responsibilities and Duties:System Design and Implementation<ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure including physical servers, virtual machines, and cloud-based resources.</li><li>Architect and deploy storage solutions including SANs, NAS, and cloud storage systems to meet district data requirements.</li><li>Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to operations.</li><li>Research and recommend innovative approaches for system administration tasks including automation and monitoring solutions.</li><li>Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity.</li></ul>Pay: $70,299.00 - $98,744.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
