<div>Description: 
The Analyst II provides mid-level analytical, data management, and operational support to the organization. This role performs more complex analysis, supports program evaluations, develops reports and dashboards, and contributes to data-driven decision-making across operational units.<ul><li>
Collect, review, and validate data from multiple systems and sources.</li><li>
Assist in preparing routine and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.</li><li>
Conduct basic trend analysis, data comparisons, and correlation reviews.</li><li>
Support the development and maintenance of reporting tools and templates.</li><li>
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with government standards.</li><li>
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and tracking systems.</li><li>
Support data entry, data cleanup, and data normalization efforts.</li><li>
Assist with managing user roles, permissions, and access controls as directed.</li><li>
Document processes, workflows, and data procedures for internal use.</li><li>
Assist staff with research, information gathering, and administrative analysis.</li><li>
Support program evaluations, performance tracking, and operational reviews.</li><li>
Help identify inconsistencies or issues in data and escalate findings appropriately.</li><li>
Participate in meetings, briefings, and working groups as required.</li><li>
Troubleshoot basic reporting or data issues and coordinate with senior analysts for resolution.</li><li>
Assist in evaluating system updates or changes that may impact reporting or data integrity.</li><li>
Provide end-user support for reports, dashboards, and data tools.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
<ul><li>U.S. citizenship</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>
3-5 years of relevant analytical experience</li><li>
Ability to successfully complete corporate background investigation to include credit and criminal check</li><li>
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Government suitability determination/clearance</li></ul>
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat.</li><li>
Ability to learn and effectively use government systems, databases, and digital record platforms.</li><li>
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, write, understand, in English.</li><li>
Ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions and complete tasks to standard.</li><li>
Capable of performing repetitive tasks independently while maintaining consistency and quality.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and collaborate well with others.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.</li><li>
Skilled in organizing work, establishing priorities, and maintaining accuracy under strict timelines.</li></ul>
