Position Overview
As the Sr. Financial Analyst / Sr. Accountant, you will lead the Company&rsquo;s financial reporting processes and support enterprise-wide financial reporting and forecasting. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of monthly financial results and forward-looking revenue projections. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, public-company environment, demonstrates extreme attention to detail, and takes ownership of delivering timely and accurate consolidated financial information.

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Experience: 3&ndash;5 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution.</li><li>
Strong understanding of financial statements and consolidation principles.</li><li>
Extreme attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.</li><li>
Highly proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Experience working in a public company environment is a plus.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Willingness to work on-site daily at CELSIUS HQ.</li></ul>
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely aggregation of financial results across entities.</li><li>
Perform detailed monthly &ldquo;tick and tie&rdquo; procedures to validate financial statements, supporting schedules, and underlying data through partnering with FP&amp;A and accounting teams.</li><li>
Partner with FP&amp;A and Commercial teams to consolidate and validate the Company&rsquo;s revenue forecast.</li><li>
Support the preparation and review of consolidated financial reporting packages for leadership.</li><li>
Identify discrepancies, investigate variances, and proactively resolve issues prior to reporting deadlines.</li><li>
Continuously enhance consolidation processes, documentation, and internal controls.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Commercial Finance, FP&amp;A, Commercial, Operations, and internal and external auditors as needed.</li><li>
Assist with ad hoc reporting and special projects as business needs evolve.</li></ul>

Position Overview
As the Executive Vice President (EVP), Tax &amp; Treasury, you will be responsible for the global tax strategy, capital structure, liquidity management, and treasury operations of a publicly traded, international beverage company. This executive will oversee global tax planning and compliance, debt and capital markets strategy, and cash management.
The EVP will play a critical role in optimizing capital allocation, managing public company obligations, supporting international growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance in complex global markets.
Hybrid: Based in Boca Raton, FL with remote flexibility per team needs

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA, MST or JD/LLM (Taxation) strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience: 15+ years of progressive tax and treasury leadership experience.</li><li>
Significant experience within a publicly traded, multinational organization.</li><li>
Deep expertise in international tax structuring and compliance.</li><li>
Beverage, CPG, or manufacturing industry experience preferred.</li><li>
Experience managing operations across multiple currencies and jurisdictions.</li><li>
Core competencies including Global Tax Optimization, Public Company Governance, Financial Risk Management, Executive Presence, Cross-Border Operational Complexity and Change Leadership &amp; Team Development.</li><li>
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include Effective Tax Rate (ETR) optimization, Liquidity coverage and cash flow predictability, Debt covenant compliance and leverage ratios, Credit rating stability/improvement, Working capital efficiency, SOX and regulatory compliance, and Treasury cost of capital metrics.</li></ul>
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop and execute a comprehensive global tax strategy aligned with business objectives.</li><li>
Oversee worldwide tax compliance, reporting, and planning across all jurisdictions.</li><li>
Manage U.S. federal, state, and international tax matters, including transfer pricing, VAT/GST, customs, and indirect tax.</li><li>
Lead tax provision and ASC 740 reporting for SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q).</li><li>
Optimize effective tax rate (ETR) while ensuring full regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>
Monitor and advise on global tax reform, OECD initiatives (e.g., BEPS, Pillar Two), and evolving international tax regulations.</li><li>
Support M&amp;A transactions, divestitures, and structuring initiatives.</li><li>
Lead enterprise-wide liquidity strategy, cash forecasting, and working capital optimization.</li><li>
Oversee global cash management, including multi-currency operations and repatriation strategies.</li><li>
Develop and execute debt strategy, including Public bonds, Revolving credit facilities, Term loans, and Commercial paper programs.</li><li>
In partnership with CFO, manage relationships with rating agencies, banks, and capital markets partners.</li><li>
Lead refinancing efforts, covenant compliance, and debt reporting.</li><li>
Oversee capital allocation framework in partnership with CFO and Board (dividends, share repurchases, debt paydown, growth investments).</li><li>
Support investor relations messaging related to capital structure and tax positioning.</li><li>
Assist in foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, and commodity hedging strategies.</li><li>
Ensure robust internal controls over treasury and tax processes (SOX compliance).</li><li>
Establish and maintain treasury systems and banking infrastructure.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with SEC, GAAP/IFRS, and stock exchange reporting requirements.</li><li>
Partner with Legal and Accounting on disclosures related to tax, liquidity, and debt.</li><li>
Prepare materials for Audit Committee and Board of Directors.</li><li>
Present capital markets strategy and tax outlook to executive leadership and the Board.</li><li>
Lead and develop a high-performing global tax and treasury organization.</li><li>
Drive process automation, technology modernization, and data analytics initiatives.</li><li>
Foster cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, FP&amp;A, Legal, Operations, and International business units.</li><li>
Promote a culture of integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>
