We work with leading retail brands and are building a strong in-house design and product development team.Job Description: We are looking for a creative and motivated Fashion Designer to support our design team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the entire apparel design and production process.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in creating new apparel designs, mood boards, and tech packs</li><li>Research fabrics, trims, and market trends</li><li>Work closely with the sampling and production team</li><li>Help prepare designs for buyer presentations and exhibitions</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Exceptional creativity and flair for design, with a strong portfolio showcasing original concepts.</li><li>Deep understanding of garment construction, fabric selection, fits, and technical specifications.&#8203;</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD software, and trend analysis.&#8203;</li><li>Pattern making, draping, embroidery placement, and finishing details.</li><li>Ability to create design sketches, prototypes, and oversee production.</li><li>5&ndash;10+ years of hands-on design experience, preferably with expertise in specific segments (western wear, ethnic, eveningwear, etc.).&#8203;</li><li>Track record of leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and working across departments.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
