Knowledge and Skills: 
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, advertising, digital communications, or a related field.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Adobe Design Suite, Canva, and email marketing platforms (HubSpot preferred).</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and budget constraints.</li>
<li>Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.</li>
<li>Desire to learn and grow within the social and digital marketing spaces, working effectively in cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and familiarity with social media management tools.</li></ul> 


Responsibilities:<div>

Social Media Production
<ul><li>Manage social media production for Celtic and our respective clients, ensuring consistency and quality, with the capacity to manage email and other digital production elements as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in the curation, creation, and scheduling of content for our clients&rsquo; social media channels, utilizing predefined templates.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the Social and Content team to develop and execute content plans that align with client goals and brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Perform administrative tasks to support the team, such as maintaining content calendars and organizing digital assets.</li>
<li>Use social media management tools to schedule posts, track engagement, and adjust strategies based on performance data.</li>
<li>Assist in the design and layout of marketing emails using predefined templates and content direction from internal teams, ensuring they meet brand and client expectations.</li>

 3. Digital Production Support (Email Marketing and Beyond)

<li><div><ul><li>Assist in the design and layout of marketing emails using predefined templates and content direction from internal teams, ensuring they meet brand and client expectations.</li>
<li>Review analytics from email and social media campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and communicate insights to relevant teams.</li>
<li>Be adaptable to support additional digital production needs, such as simple web updates, as required by the project flow.</li></ul></div></li>

 4. Efficiency and Professional Development
<ul>
<li><div><ul><li>Establish clear objectives and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.</li>
<li>Regularly communicate project statuses and meet with the Director of Social &amp; Content to discuss ongoing projects, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.</li>
<li>Continuously seek new efficiencies in workflow while maintaining attention to detail.</li></ul></div></li>

 5. Professionalism and Agency Representation

Salary Range: $48,000-$52,000
