<div>Responsible for maintaining training, licensing, and qualification records for supplier staff at datacenter sites. Travels regularly to assess performance, deliver training, and resolve issues. Requires U.S. citizenship, a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service, strong verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, and active Top-Secret Clearance with Polygraph.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>
Develops methodologies for ensuring that Supplier staff are trained in Customer systems, policies, and procedures for datacenter security using Customer and Supplier-generated training.</li><li>
Maintains a sustainment training program to ensure continued service excellence and any changes to Customer or U.S. Government procedures or regulations.</li><li>
Participates in the development of new training to address adjusted service requirements.</li><li>
Maintains confidentiality, and prevention</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul><li>
US Citizenship.</li><li>
Minimum of 18 years of age.</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>
Impeccable customer service skills.</li><li>
Excellent verbal communication skills and able to interpret documents to ensure all rules and procedures are being applied.</li><li>
Ability to work in a MS Windows based operating environment, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>
Active and Current Top-Secret Clearance with Polygraph</li></ul>
