The Senior Content Marketing Manager develops and executes a strategic content program that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. This role combines strong storytelling with a focus on marketing performance and partners closely with Demand Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, and Sales to deliver content that supports the full customer journey.
This is a hands-on content manager who can craft strategy, create and manage high quality content, and create and execute plans to amplify and publish content.
What you'll do here:
Content Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>
Partner with other content marketers on a comprehensive content strategy aligned to brand, demand, and go‑to‑market priorities.</li><li>
Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar across owned and partner channels</li><li>
Define content themes that support business goals.</li><li>
Translate audience insights and market trends into compelling, differentiated content ideas.</li><li>
Align content plans with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.</li></ul>
Content Creation &amp; Management<ul><li>
Create and oversee high‑quality content across formats, including blogs, articles, ebooks, white papers, case studies, video, and sales enablement materials.</li><li>
Partner with internal teams and external writers, agencies, and subject‑matter experts to develop audience-specific content.</li><li>
Ensure content is on‑brand, audience‑focused, and optimized for clarity and impact.</li><li>
Edit and elevate content to meet quality, voice, and storytelling standards.</li></ul>
Demand &amp; Lifecycle Content Enablement<ul><li>
Collaborate with Demand and Growth teams to support acquisition, nurture, and conversion efforts.</li><li>
Develop content mapped to buyer journeys, personas, and stages of the funnel.</li><li>
Support account‑based marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and customer engagement programs.</li><li>
Enable Sales and Customer teams with relevant, compelling content that supports pipeline and retention.</li></ul>
Distribution, Performance &amp; Optimization<ul><li>
Look for opportunities to repackage content in new ways and apply a combination of skills, tools and partners to develop, amplify and distribute content</li><li>
Partner with Digital Marketing and SEO teams to optimize content for discovery and performance.</li><li>
Use data and insights to evaluate content effectiveness and continuously improve results.</li><li>
Track and report on key content metrics such as engagement, conversion, and influence on pipeline.</li><li>
Test new formats, channels, and storytelling approaches to increase impact.</li></ul>
Cross‑Functional Collaboration &amp; Leadership<ul><li>
Serve as a content thought partner to Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Leadership teams.</li><li>
Lead content distribution workflows</li><li>
Provide guidance and feedback to other marketers or contributors.</li><li>
Ensure alignment between content, brand voice, and messaging across the organization.</li><li>
Champion content as a strategic growth lever across marketing and the business.</li></ul>
Skills you will need here:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.</li><li>
Minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, publishing or storytelling roles.</li><li>
Ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive measurable results.</li><li>
Sophisticated writing and editing skills and the ability to adapt tone across formats and audiences</li><li>
Strong understanding of digital content, SEO fundamentals, and content distribution.</li><li>
Experience partnering cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.</li><li>
Experience in B2B, SaaS, EdTech, or complex buying environments preferred</li><li>
Familiarity with content performance analytics and marketing automation platforms preferred</li><li>
Experience supporting demand generation or product marketing initiatives preferred</li><li>
Experience using Adobe or Canva for basic design</li><li>
Ability to direct video editing and do simple video editing tasks</li></ul>

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company&rsquo;s discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below.
