To learn more, please see The Regional Academic Services Consultant is a meaningful role that ensures that our flagship English Language Teaching programs are implemented consistently and effectively by customers across the region. This role supports regional sales and marketing goals to deliver training, support product promotion and implementation, and ensure long-term customer success. What you'll do <ul> <li>Provide training and ongoing support to key customers to ensure strong results with National Geographic Learning programs</li> <li>Develop and deliver professional development and training for flagship programs, delivered in-person and at scale through multiple formats</li> <li>Leverage existing global training and implementation materials, while creating and sharing new resources as needed</li> <li>Consult with customers to support successful program implementation</li> <li>Develop new materials and content, including resources such as lesson plans and correlations to support successful implementation at key accounts</li> <li>Support sales colleagues with curriculum needs, product-customer fit, and opportunities for program implementation and sales support, including support with documentation and proposals</li> <li>Represent the company at customer events, speaking on product and relevant educational topics that are aligned with company goals</li> <li>Deliver effective internal training and support to our sales teams and business partners in the region</li> <li>Collect customer and partner feedback to improve onboarding, training curricula, and services</li> <li>Use global, standardized qualitative and quantitative tools, including surveys and interviews, to measure the effectiveness of training</li> <li>Find opportunities for efficacy studies and other research to refine training materials and provide content for marketing and promotion</li> </ul> Skills you'll need <ul> <li>Degree educated or equivalent experience</li> <li>Experience educating or training with a strong background in K12 education with a deep understanding of classroom practice</li> <li>Some exposure to English Language Teaching, academically or professionally would be advantageous</li> <li>Ability to deliver training in both face-to-face and online formats</li> <li>Skilled at tailoring content to diverse audiences</li> <li>The ability to partner effectively with sales, marketing, and academic colleagues are essential</li> <li>Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to ensure customers achieve long-term success with National Geographic Learning programs</li> </ul> Cengage Group EMEA is committed to working with broad talent pools to attract and hire strong and most qualified individuals.
