This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners while working alongside dedicated professionals.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that support early childhood education standards and promote cognitive, social, and emotional development</li><li>Plan engaging lessons that incorporate literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori methods to stimulate curiosity and learning</li><li>Manage classroom behavior effectively through positive behavior management techniques to ensure a respectful and inclusive environment</li><li>Maintain detailed records of child progress, standardized testing results, and individualized education plans (IEPs) when applicable</li><li>Collaborate with parents and guardians through clear communication about child welfare, developmental milestones, and classroom activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, safety protocols, and best practices in daycare or preschool settings</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool settings is essential</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques</li><li>Knowledge of Montessori methods or other educational philosophies such as preschool or toddler care approaches is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively work with students, parents, colleagues, and community partners</li><li>Background in childcare or daycare environments with a focus on childhood development and child welfare</li></ul>Join us to empower young learners at a pivotal stage of their growth!
