The Pricing Analyst Sr will play a pivotal role in driving pricing strategies and ensuring competitive positioning when supporting sales and marketing efforts with prospective as well as existing clients.
 
Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Analyze market trends, competitor data, and customer insights to develop effective pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share.</li>
<li>Utilize advanced analytics tools to evaluate current pricing model, assess performance metrics, and identify opportunities for revenue optimization.</li>
<li>Analyzes portfolios to determine potential risks and propose risk-based pricing as applicable</li>
<li>Responsible for continued automation and development of a more robust and defensible pricing model</li>
<li>Makes pricing recommendations to for all new prospects</li>
<li>Manages pricing of all renewal contracts as expiration date approaches and makes appropriate recommendations to leadership</li>
<li>Interacts with Operations and Technology stakeholders, including leadership, to ensure solutions meet Cenlar and/or Client needs</li>
<li>Works with FP&A to develop timely data for back testing client pricing and Accounting to verify billing is accurate</li>
<li>Consults with stakeholders on Statement of Work</li>
<li>Prepares reporting packages for management</li>
<li>Querying databases to obtain necessary data for subservicing pricing analyses</li>
<li>Maintains and updates model inputs, assumptions, and documentation in accordance with the company’s model governance policies</li>
<li>Facilitates resolution of strategic and complex Cenlar and/or Client issues and independently coordinates across Cenlar operational units, leading other team members as needed</li>
<li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.</li>
<li>Responsible for strict adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Ad hoc analysis and support for other projects as required</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or mathematics required</li>
<li>4+ years of experience required; equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate</li>
<li>Knowledge of business and financial terms and principles, experience in financial services/mortgage servicing is an advantage</li>
<li>Advanced mathematical and analytic skills preferred</li>
<li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (i.e, creation of pivot tables, use of formulas and database skills)</li>
<li>Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau/Power BI) and methods. Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively present information to leadership</li>
<li>Detailed oriented and self-motivated</li>
<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision or within a team environment</li>
<li>Familiarity with reading contracts</li>
<li>Strong problem solving resolution skills</li>
<li>Capacity to learn and adapt to technology quickly</li>

Location Requirement: Yardley, PA, Ewing, NJ or Tempe, AZ (Cenlar Offices) Please note that this position is based at one of our Cenlar locations. The role requires on-site presence for 4 days per week. When applying, kindly ensure that you are local to this site and/or able to commute reliably.
 The Compliance Manager serves a pivotal role to ensure Cenlar’s mortgage servicing operations adheres to all regulations. This position is responsible for providing compliance advisory services by conducting independent basic and advanced research and analysis as it pertains to our compliance environment. This role provides both strategic and tactical compliance support to the First Line of Defense and sits within the Second Line of Defense. The Compliance Manager will independently produce compliance risk assessments, perform credible challenge, and build plus conduct monitoring/testing. The Compliance Manager will demonstrate autonomy to proactively and collaboratively support their assigned areas within Operations by continuously consulting and solving complex regulatory problems in active partnership with the first line of defense.
 
Responsibilities: 
Compliance Management & Advisory
 <ul>
<li>Provides strategic and tactical compliance support to the Compliance environment for performing loans or default servicing</li>
<li>Maintains a thorough understanding of federal and state regulations related to mortgage servicing, mortgage lending, including FHA, VA, USDA, and GSE guidelines</li>
<li>Conducts independent and basic research and analysis as it pertains to the compliance environment</li>
<li>Answers day-to-day consumer compliance related requests and questions, timely and accurately.</li>
<li>Partners closely with the Business Control team to review and oversee escalated regulatory (federal, state, GSE, and Insurer) issues, ensuring that root cause analysis is accurately performed, a remediation plan is approved with a defined date for implementation, is implemented, tested and validated and a determination of whether additional action is required to be taken (i.e. lookback, etc., working in connection with Legal) or made</li>
<li>Reviews and approves changes in consumer compliance related policies and procedures</li>
<li>Reviews and approves changes to job specific and enterprise-wide compliance training and reviews and implements enterprise wide and job specific training in accordance with the approved, established schedule</li>
<li>Reviews and approves changes to borrower communications</li>
<li>Periodically reviews compliance specific tables to update information in MSP</li>
<li>Supports Third Party Risk Management and Attorney Governance Committees</li>
<li>Provides compliance expertise on enterprise approved projects</li>
</ul>
Regulatory Change Management
 <ul>
<li>Supports the regulatory change process by determining the impact of regulatory changes and assists the business operations teams with implementing regulatory changes within the effective date timeframes.</li>
<li>Reviews results of QC testing for 90 days to ensure change was implemented effectively</li>
</ul>
Risk Assessment/Testing/KRI
 <ul>
<li>Proactively performs with minimal direction the annual review and update of the Compliance Risk Assessments.</li>
<li>Identifies, documents, and measures regulatory risks that align to the relevant functional aspects of the operations.</li>
<li>Performs surveillance over key operational and risk reports, including complaint management that details noncompliance or the risk of noncompliance; performs analysis for red flags to perform deeper dives or analysis to detect potential systemic issues</li>
<li>Reviews enforcement actions, regulatory bulletins, and supervisory announcements to identify emerging regulatory risks, and advises other internal stakeholders and industry SME’s regarding such risks</li>
<li>Executes the assigned Compliance Testing within the timeframe outlined in the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Schedule</li>
<li>Works with the Business Control and business unit teams ensuring all testing results are properly vetted</li>
<li>Assists in analyzing trends in Key Risk and Key Performance Indicator metrics</li>
<li>Reviews and validates new/amended Key Risk and Key Performance metrics</li>
<li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, including but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; criminal justice, business, or financial programs of study preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 5-7 years (experience in financial services compliance, mortgage banking compliance or mortgage lending/servicing compliance</li>
<li>Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Certification is preferred</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the laws and regulations, specifically, Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Fair Housing Act (Fair and Responsible Lending & Servicing)</li>
<li>Strong understanding of regulatory processes, operations and activities, and requirements of a mortgage servicing company</li>
<li>Ability to build effective relationships with a proven ability to build trust and credibility through strong interpersonal skills, communications, actions, and presence</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of compliance risk management concepts, data, frameworks, systems, methods, and good governance practice.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills</li>
<li>Strong ability to produce work product independently with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Strong ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Self-starter who takes accountability and pride in the work they perform</li>
