 Responsible for analyzing inventory levels, usage trends, and replenishment needs to ensure service parts are positioned correctly to meet operational demands.
 
 
 
 Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Help maintain visibility of inventory across central, depot, and field locations, ensuring accuracy between system records and physical counts
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze historical usage, failure rates, and consumption data to forecast part requirements and adjust min-max levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Support network optimization by identifying excess, obsolete, or underutilized stock and proposing redistribution or disposal plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Audit and reconcile inventory discrepancies between Oracle Fusion SCM and warehouse records
 </li>
 <li>
 Create reports and dashboards tracking fill rate, turns, aging, and inventory health, present findings to leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Service Logistics and Procurement to identify cost savings through improved replenishment, reduced carrying costs, and vendor negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in automating reports, dashboards, and data feeds to improve visibility and reduce manual effort
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with all teams to ensure cycle counts are executed on schedule and discrepancies are resolved promptly
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Operations, Finance, and Service teams to ensure material availability aligns with project timelines and SLAs
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify and recommend process or system enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and service readiness
 </li>
 <li>
 All other duties as assigned.

 Experience and Education:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field. 2&ndash;4 years of experience in inventory or data analysis preferred
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Vision correctable to 20/20

 WHAT YOU'LL DO:
 
 
 
 In this role, you will service our customers by performing preventative maintenance, installation, determining issues with products, and training customers on the proper use of financial equipment throughout Macon and surrounding areas. This position offers the chance to become part of a rapidly growing company.
 
 
 
 WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years experience with low voltage electronics, mechanical systems, and computer experience; Safe or ATM Technical experience is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Electro-mechanical skills a must, ability to use basic hand tools including but not limited to multi-meter, voltmeter, volt-ohm meter
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with mapping and routing applications such as MapPoint or Google Maps
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn through telephone training
 </li>
 <li>
 Great communication/customer service skills and ability to interpret/execute written instructions
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing and a reliable/insured vehicle
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lift/move 50 or more pounds, stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work both indoors and outside in all-weather and sit/drive for extensive daily travel
 </li>
 <li>
 Good hand/eye coordination and sharp eyesight
 </li>
 <li>
 A valid Driver's License and driving record in good standing
