What You&rsquo;ll Do
Responsibilities may vary depending on the specific position assigned to, but they may include:
Operations (Sourcing/Procurement)
<ul><li>Plan, negotiate, and manage the procurement of goods and services
</li><li>Review and evaluate RFQs, identify cost reductions and work with suppliers and contractors
</li><li>Review and revise agreements
</li><li>Develop contracts and agreements, including writing terms and conditions
</li><li>Prepare clear, concise, and effective written documents and correspondence
</li><li>Interpret and apply policies, procedures, regulations, rules and laws
</li><li>Research alleged contract violations
</li><li>Identify and mitigate risk with contract language
</li><li>Analyze spend patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings
</li><li>Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
</li><li>Employ excellent follow-up skills
</li></ul>Materials Management (Warehouse)
<ul><li>Support local material management activities including material requirement planning (MRP), obsolete/surplus material management, repairs/refurbishments, and cycle counting
</li><li>Assist with data and Excel-based analysis to support projects related to inventory management and supply chain improvement with external suppliers and internal customers
</li><li>Engage with Material Analyst and Master Data to support material data enhancement
</li><li>Support/expedite material purchases to minimize delivery delays
</li><li>Investigate receiving/invoicing discrepancies
</li><li>Attend project related meetings
</li><li>Support corporate and site-specific projects as they relate to Materials Management
</li><li>Collaborate with the broader SCM Teams
</li></ul>Who You Are
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
<ul><li>Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa).
</li><li>Available to begin work in either January 2026 or May 2026 .
</li><li>Ability to work well in a team environment.
</li><li>Solid analytical and Microsoft Suite skills, specifically Excel.
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, judgement, and decision-making skills.

Education
<ul><li>Must be enrolled in a Supply Chain, Economics, Pre-Law, Business, or related discipline Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term.
</li><li>Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered.
</li><li>New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
</li></ul>Working Conditions
May include frequency of travel, sitting, standing, computer work, lifting, driving, working at site, etc.
