<div>The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Outpatient Site, located in Orange, MA.

Your role as an Administrative Assistant:
The Administrative Assistant serves as a resource to the program as a whole and is directly supervised by the Clinic Director and/or Clinical Supervisor. Duties include, but are not limited to, reception, answering telephones, supply management and inventory (including shopping for the program), coding and filing bills, managing checkbook and petty cash account, typing, filing, record keeping, documentation, word processing, data entry, and report writing. The Administrative Assistant is also responsible for running miscellaneous errands, data collection and will assist with quality assurance related to both the funding source and licensing requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good verbal and written communication abilities, strong computer skills, be detail&ndash;oriented, flexible and able to work independently and as a team member.

Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Proficiency in English required</li>
<li>Must pass background screening process including CORI</li>
<li>Clear driving record check.</li>
<li>Have their own transportation, for occasional business use</li>
</ul>
Success Factors:

Experience in an office environment preferred, Additional administrative training or education is a plus, strong computer skills required, must be organized and detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills.

Schedule of Work:

This is a full-time, on-site role. Candidates should have the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes some later shifts and/or Saturday&rsquo;s.

Administrative Assistant

<div>The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Caseworker to join our Diversion, Shelter and Housing (DSH) program working at our Shelter in Holyoke, MA. This case worker will be working with people who are experiencing homelessness/living outside to connect them with resources and find shelter and/or housing for them. The Caseworker will provide triage case work and outreach.

Your role as a Caseworker:
The Caseworker is a paraprofessional who actively supports the philosophy of the agency and maintains a high level of commitment to participants served. The Caseworker provides a supportive relationship with clients in need of services that address needs regarding mental health, substance use, and housing and facilitates their living independently in the community.

REQUIREMENTS:
<ul>
<li>Experience working with psychiatric disorders or co-occurring population preferred</li>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited educational institution preferred</li>
<li>Substance abuse and mental health experience preferred</li>
<li>Multiple years of experience in case management and social services preferred</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED required</li>
<li>Required valid Massachusetts driver&rsquo;s license with ability to pass background driving record check</li>
<li>Required vehicle readily available on site and throughout all work hours</li>
<li>Approved criminal background check (CORI)</li>
</ul>

Schedule: This is a full-time position, Sunday - Thursday 8am-4pm or 8:30am - 4:30pm
