 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>

 Assist in daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule meetings and handle correspondence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the team with communication and follow-ups.
 </li>
 <li>
 Help in arranging events or internal activities when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum Diploma degree.
 </li>
 <li>
 Eligible for the Tamheer program (through HRDF).
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
 </li>
 <li>
 Good command of written and spoken English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent time management and organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive attitude and attention to detail.
 </li>
