This position is ideal for someone with a strong Type-A personality, real-world experience, and the confidence to take charge while keeping complex lives running smoothly.The right person is highly organized, calm under pressure, intuitive, and comfortable making decisions, taking initiative, and often acting independently without needing constant direction. A background in healthcare&mdash;such as an RN or other professional licensing&mdash;is a strong plus, as is prior experience in a high-trust, all-access support role (for example, paralegal or medical office manager).This role works best for someone who naturally anticipates needs, enjoys responsibility, values discretion, and takes pride in their work.
