<div><div>The Medical Toxicologist at CTEH provides support in the areas of litigation support, occupational health, toxicology, risk assessment, industrial hygiene, and emergency response and may participate as a member of an emergency response team, either in person or remotely. The successful candidate will also perform in the role of project technical director in these same areas, providing expert consultation services to clients. An individual in this role will assemble, prepare, and analyze data concerning toxicological, environmental, and human health risk assessments while supervising nursing and health scientist staff on assigned projects. Utilizing a knowledge of various scientific disciplines, the Medical Toxicologist may oversee sampling, monitoring, and information collection and assist in CTEH&rsquo;s Toxicology and Emergency Response Program (TERP), will help administer the Workers Exposure Response Program (WERP), and assist with the administration of the CTEH employee health program, as well as the Montrose employee health program, and potentially health programs for other companies. Additionally, the Medical Toxicologist is expected to prepare, present, and promote scientific articles and publications in relevant journals as well as presentation before professional associations. This position will report to the Business Development Manager.</div><div></div><div>

Medical Toxicologist

<div><div>The Emergency Response Consultant is responsible for supporting the Toxicology Emergency Response Program (TERP), Environmental Response Program and other CTEH Programs during an emergency response or traditional environmental remediation projects. This role will work closely with clients, regulators and CTEH personnel to develop unique solutions, and must have a large skill set ranging from project management, planning, safety, industrial hygiene and experience addressing a wide range of environmental issues, including those related to soil, water and waste characterization sampling, environmental remediation and strong verbal and written communication skills.</div><div></div><div>
The Emergency Response Consultant may assume key roles in the field and/or command post, including Technical Specialist, Field Coordinator/Field Lead roles or Assistant Safety Officer. They will provide technical advice and documentation to the client and coordinate with field personnel, Data Managers, and the Quality Department to ensure quality environmental data and reporting. They will provide onsite coaching and training to field personnel to ensure necessary tasks are conducted competently and to a high degree of quality. They will work closely in the development and maintenance of CTEH&rsquo;s Environmental Response Program and with CTEH ER leadership to ensure emergency response and environmental response preparedness. They will support client preparedness through training and participation in exercises and drills, as needed, as well as coordinate with the Sales team to grow CTEH&rsquo;s environmental services.</div><div></div><div>
This role is also subject to on-call rotation for emergency response, as required during high volume response periods and is subject to frequent, extended travel. The on-call rotation duties may extend to satellite offices, as necessary. Travel on a moment&rsquo;s notice may extend further than just the on-call rotation (i.e. in the event a response requires more CTEH staffing support). The Emergency Response Consultant will report to the Director of Response Consultants.</div><div></div><div>

Provides training and other technical consulting to clients relative to his/her expertise.</div></li><li><div>
