<div>COMMUNITY PSYCHIATRY AT JANIAN 
Janian Medical Care, P.C., is seeking a BE/BC psychiatric fellow for a full-time, one-year position.

The psychiatric fellow is an integrated member of the multidisciplinary team who works to:
<ul><li>
Identify and engage people in need of psychiatric evaluation and treatment</li><li>
Provide psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy</li><li>
Support recovery goals</li><li>
Advocate for patients</li><li>
Participate in weekly clinical meetings with other providers</li><li>
Implement population health interventions</li><li>
Conduct diagnostic interviews and provide psychiatric evaluations</li><li>
Develop and deliver trainings</li></ul><ul><li>
Board Certified or Board Eligible provider (physician) in good standing, licensed to practice medicine in New York State, with training in psychiatry.</li><li>
Committed to servant leadership principles and person-centered care.
</li><li>Proficient in the use of electronic medical records.
</li><li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.</li><li>
Experience supervising clinicians preferred</li><li>
Expressed plan to attend psychiatric fellowship training</li></ul>
