Job Responsibilities:</b>
</p><p><i>Responsibility I - General:</i></p><ul><li>
Provide excellent patient care</li><li>
Work together with the team members at the center(s) to reach center goals</li><li>
Train new clinical staff as needed</li><li>
Provide feedback and answers to patient calls as appropriate</li><li>
Attend periodic team meetings</li></ul><p><i>
Responsibility II &ndash; Consult-based Nursing:</i></p><ul><li>
Display a caring and courteous attitude and represent the practice in a positive, professional manner</li><li>
Provide and document assessments, obtain and document vital signs, provides patient care, education, and counseling as directed by the provider</li><li>
Formulate a multimodality treatment strategy for the patients&rsquo; venous insufficiency, under the direction of a provider</li><li>
Take accurate lower extremity measurements for fitted compression stockings</li><li>
Take photos of the leg for medical necessity purposes</li><li>
Generate patient referrals as necessary for continuity of care</li><li>
Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records</li><li>
Must demonstrate timely turnaround and completion of documentation within 24 - 48 hours</li></ul><p><i>
Responsibility III &ndash; Surgical Assisting:</i></p><ul><li><div>
Assume duties of a Surgical Tech when needed to include mixing medications and assisting with sterile and non-sterile procedures
</div></li><li><div>Competently assist with proper patient positioning, prepping and draping according to procedural guidelines
</div></li><li><div>Assist physician during procedures; sterile gowning/gloving, hands wires, catheters, syringes, surgical instruments, etc., as needed</div></li><li><div>
Dress the patient&rsquo;s procedural sites and assist in the placement of compressive ace bandages and/or compressive stockings following provider&rsquo;s orders
</div></li><li><div>Adhere to all infection control, universal precautions, and safety policies and dispose of medical waste properly</div></li><li><div>
Prepare and maintain the procedure room &ndash; clean, stock, maintain equipment &amp; instruments according to company guidelines</div></li><li><div>
Maintain inventory of surgical equipment so that the center does not run out of surgical supplies but also does not oversupply the center &ndash; manage par levels</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate records related to receipt of medical supplies by updating Hybrent in a timely manner</div></li><li><div>
Maintain all logs and required checks &ndash; daily integrity check of emergency medications, monthly code/crash inventory assessment, oxygen level check, CO2 level check, autoclave maintenance, maxi log, sterilization log, medication mixing log, etc.) &ndash; upload EOM items timely in relation to actual end of month</div></li><li><div>

Must</b> have reliable transportation

Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
The Medical Sales Representatives will drive sales results through superior consultative selling skills to meet and exceed all performance goals</li><li>
Drive new patient volume through field-based efforts and outbound efforts such as phone calls to referring physician offices and non-referral event coordinators</li><li>
Identify territory opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop and implement strategies via territory business plans to positively influence new patient volume and referral growth</li><li>
The Medical Sales Representative should communicate initial strategy for all new pipeline opportunities and work with Regional Sales Director on how to advance all such opportunities through the sales cycle</li><li>
Educate at a high level of proficiency on CVR&rsquo;s services and clinical advances, as well as all related disease state(s) and competitive differences</li><li>
Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers and decision makers in target account base through total offices calls, daily &ldquo;breakfast and learns&rdquo; and &ldquo;lunch and learns&rdquo;, and CVR physician co-marketing</li><li>
Organize and execute CME events and other opportunities for professional visibility both in person and webinar-based with referring physicians and professional medical organizations</li><li>
Actively manage territory(ies) by utilizing CVR Sales application to develop territory management plan and prioritize account calls and activities</li></ul><p><b>
