This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow inside a fast-paced creative environment and play a meaningful role in building products from concept to completion.About the RoleCenter Stage Merchandising is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Artist / Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team.This role is ideal for someone who loves the execution side of design &mdash; preparing clean, production-ready artwork, organizing files, building tech packs, and helping bring products from concept to reality. You&rsquo;ll work closely with our Creative Director, designers, project managers, and production partners to support the development of headwear, apparel, and lifestyle merchandise across a wide range of brands and industries.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare production-ready artwork files for headwear, apparel, and merchandise</li><li>Build and update tech packs, mockups, and presentation materials</li><li>Ensure artwork files are accurate, organized, and factory-ready</li><li>Assist with revisions, color updates, file prep, and final approvals</li><li>Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to execute creative efficiently</li><li>Help maintain creative consistency across multiple brands and product categories</li><li>Support the creative team in a deadline-driven, fast-moving environment</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required)</li><li>Understanding of production art, file setup, embroidery, screen print, and apparel decoration processes</li><li>Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities</li><li>Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Experience in apparel, headwear, merchandise, or lifestyle branding is a plus</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Online portfolio required</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience preferred, but talent and work ethic matter most</li></ul>Pay: From $50,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
