 The Pharmacy Technician, Mail Operations represents us by addressing outbound calls to members, or digital inquiries regarding pharmacy finance. Reporting to the Credit and Collection Supervisor, you will perform basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/ tasks and will work on routine and patterned assignments.
 
 
 
 You Will Represent Us By Performing The Following
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Pharmacy finance handles outbound member calls related to billing inquiries, credit card declines, payment plans, check by phone payments, and outstanding balances on accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Addressing customer needs which may include complex financial questions, resolve issues, and educate members. Recording details of inquiries, comments or complaints, transactions or interactions and acts in accordance to it.
 </li>
 <li>
 Process Part B claims for PDP members.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced unresolved and pending customer grievances.
 </li>
 <li>
 Will work under close guidance and within established practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation. Decisions include defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing.
 </li>

 Perform responsibilities associated with accounts payable processing and reporting.

 The Senior Consultative Pharmacist consults with patients, pharmacies and providers to provide patient care in the form of medication therapy. The Senior Consultative Pharmacist work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
 
 
 The Senior Consultative Pharmacist advises safe, accurate usage of medications. Design, implements and makes adjustments to medication care plans. Monitor medication therapy and makes adjustments. Work as the medication expert in focused proactive heath campaigns that target improving health outcomes for patients with specific conditions. Begin to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and performs work without direction. Consultative Pharmacist

 The Certified Pharmacy Technician supports Pharmacists in Specialty Rx medication preparation by dispensing Specialty Rx medications. The Specialty Operations Certified Pharmacy Technician performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments. Performs computations. Typically works on semi-routine assignments.

Certified Pharmacy Technician

 As a Clinical Services Pharmacy Technician, you will intake for all calls from patients, pharmacies and providers. You will perform basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically work on routine and patterned assignments.
 
 
 You will address questions related to specific assigned area and assist with medication research. You will evaluate calls that require consultation with a pharmacist. You will make outbound calls to patients to offer medication therapy management programs and schedules medication review sessions with consultative pharmacists. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.
