 CenterWell Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Bossier City, Louisiana. You'll have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinants of health are affecting health outcomes. We have a unique care model that sets us apart for patients and providers. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a versatile approach.
 
 
 As a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the Associate Medical Director.
 
 You will be onsite and in-person at the CenterWell Bossier City, LA clinic.
 
 
 
 
 A day in the life of a CenterWell physician
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
 </li>
 <li>
 Join an experienced team with an established patient panel
 </li>
 <li>
 See 12-15 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patients
 </li>
 <li>
 Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
 </li>
 <li>
 Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time as it relates to direct patient care
 
 
 </li>

 Required Qualifications

 Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
 </li>
 <li>
 Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
 </li>
 <li>
 Current, unrestricted DEA license

 The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
 
 
 $255,000 - $298,500 per year
 
 
 This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.

 The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors to attend to all callers/visitors promptly, and accurately. You will report to the Center Administrator at the Groves Clinic.
 
 
 The Receptionist operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs. Take and distribute accurate messages. Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, issues visitor passes and maintain visitor logs, alerts appropriate party of visitor arrival or directs visitors to appropriate office, department or employee. Respond to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as our location, hours of operation, phone numbers and email address. Additional responsibilities may include miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, receiving and sending courier packages.

 You will have a High School Diploma or GED

 You will have 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.

 You will be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care
 </li>
 <li>
 You will have excellent customer service
 </li>
 <li>
 You will be a team player.
 </li>
 <li>
 You will be patient facing and run the Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, we will require you to screen for TB.
