This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting patients in improving their health naturally&mdash;without drugs or surgery.As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the doctor and daily clinic operations.No prior experience is required &mdash; we provide all training needed to succeed in this role.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Care &amp; Clinical Support<ul><li>Welcome patients and create a warm, supportive environment</li><li>Escort patients and assist with office flow</li><li>Assist patients on and off therapy tables</li><li>Educate patients on treatments under the doctor&rsquo;s direction</li><li>Assist the doctor during exams and treatments</li><li>Take patient vitals (e.g., blood pressure)</li><li>Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the doctor</li><li>Prepare therapy rooms and equipment</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Organization<ul><li>Maintain accurate patient notes during visits</li><li>Scan, file, and organize patient records</li><li>Keep treatment areas and reception clean and presentable</li></ul>Office Support<ul><li>Assist with inventory management and supply ordering</li><li>Maintain stock levels and restock as needed</li><li>Provide front desk support when needed (phones, scheduling, payments)</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Passion for helping others improve their health and well-being</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized</li><li>Positive attitude and strong work ethic</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li></ul>Certification Requirement: Employees must obtain and maintain C.C.A.
