We follow a 360-degree approach that combines advanced technology, muscle strengthening, lifestyle modification, posture correction, and nutritional guidance to address the root causes of pain and improve long-term well-being.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct detailed assessments and physical examinations to diagnose various spine, joint and other musculoskeletal conditions.</li><li>Carry out consultations, educate people on their conditions and enroll patients for the desired advanced non-surgical treatment programs.</li><li>Conduct online and offline webinars for group communities/individuals/corporates and create awareness.</li><li>Take part in video and content creation to generate awareness and improve patient flow.</li><li>Develop, implement, and monitor individualized physiotherapy treatment plans</li><li>Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists</li><li>Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for integrated care</li><li>Educate patients on home exercise programs, posture correction, and lifestyle adjustments</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports</li><li>Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and internal training programs</li><li>Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques and research</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)</li><li>Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in pain management or orthopedic physiotherapy</li><li>Strong knowledge of manual therapy, spinal decompression, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation protocols</li><li>Excellent communication, team leadership, and patient-handling skills</li><li>Certification in advanced physiotherapy techniques is an added advantage</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped clinic</li><li>A multidisciplinary and collaborative work environment</li><li>Continuous learning and professional development</li><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to work on a rotational shift on Sundays?
