Job Summary and Qualifications</h5>
The Director is responsible for leadership of the clinical service areas assigned to them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The service areas are centered on the care of the patients on a continuum related to the patient care event.
Responsibilities include clinical, financial, environmental and employee related functions in that service area.
The Director is expected to be professional, a role model, great communicator, and relationship builder with the staff, customers and physicians.
The Director is expected to be a patient and nursing advocate at all times.
The Director will oversee managers in each service area and be responsible for day to day operations, staffing, standard of care, standard of practice, hiring of new staff, education processes, and discipline.<h6 class="jobSectionHeader">
What qualifications you will need:</h6>
Education: Graduate from a school of nursing. Masters degree preferred.
Licensure/Certifications: Current MO license, BCLS certification within 30 days of hire date, current ACLS certification if in critical care areas.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience.

Job Summary and Qualifications</h5> 
Our Pharmacists provide comprehensive pharmaceutical services for hospital inpatients. The role of the Pharmacy is to promote safe and effective medication therapy for all patients and to provide oversight and leadership of the medication use system. Our team is passionate about ensuring an exceptional patient experience and committed to caring like family. 
What you will do in this role: 
 
 
<ul><li>You will interpret orders and transcribe into the pharmacy computer system.</li><li>
You will accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals.</li><li>
You will monitor drug therapy regimens for contraindications, drug-drug interactions, drug-food interactions, allergies and appropriateness of drug and dose.</li><li>
You will suggest appropriate, cost-effective therapeutic medication alternatives to medical staff.</li><li>
You will sustain the hospital formulary, minimizing non-formulary procurements, utilizing therapeutic interchanges and promote rational drug therapy selection.</li><li>
You will assist with clinical services such as drug consults, nutrition support, pharmacokinetics, anticoagulant monitoring, pain management, IV to PO, renal dosing and other programs as defined by Pharmacy Leadership.
</li><li>You will complete notification reports regarding medication errors and adverse drug reactions.
</li><li>You will provide oversight of staff schedules.</li></ul> 
What Qualifications You Will Need: 
<ul><li>
B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy, a Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy is preferred</li><li>
Active pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy</li><li>
State Specific Medications Therapy Management Certification</li><li>
At least one of the following: Minimum of 1 year of hospital clinical pharmacy experience or at least 2 years of general hospital pharmacy experience preferred; within area of focus</li><li>
Completion of hospital PGY1/ pharmacy general practice residency or fellowship highly preferred</li><li>
