ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON
Job Responsibilities<ul><li>Ability to diagnose roof leaks, and</li><li>Make appropriate repairs on all types of roofs.</li><li>Small repair jobs and roof maintenance</li></ul><div>
Job Qualifications: 
<ul><li>Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.</li></ul></div><ul><li>Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. &amp; metal roof repairs</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Valid state driver&rsquo;s license (in good standing) is required.</li><li>Must pass pre-employment drug test.</li><li>Service Helper experience preferred, but not required.</li></ul>
SERVICE LABORERS
Job Qualifications<ul><li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
</li><li>Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 Feet</li><li>Able to work within a team environment
</li><li>At least 18 years of age or older</li><li>Authorized to work in the United States</li><li>Have reliable transportation</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment Drug test</li><li>Roofing knowledge is preferred, but not required</li></ul>

Data Entry</li><li>
Filing</li><li>
Invoicing</li><li>
Purchase orders</li><li>
Accounts Receivable/Payable</li><li>
Creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel</li><li>
Processing all incoming &amp; outgoing mail</li></ul> 
Candidate Qualifications:<ul><li>
SAP Experience Preferred</li><li>
Excellent communication, follow up, interpersonal skills</li><li>
Administrative Assistant experience in a fast paced environment preferred</li><li>
Able to work independently</li><li>
Organizational &amp; data entry skills with attention to detail</li><li>
Superb time management skills</li><li>
