Perform high-throughput sequencing procedures including WES, PGS, PGD, and NIPT, with full responsibility for sequencing library preparation</li><li>

Carry out quality control and validation of laboratory processes, data, and results in a molecular genetics environment</li><li>
Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and DHA regulatory requirements</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of laboratory procedures and outcomes in coordination with the scientific team</li><li>
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (laboratory staff, bioinformaticians, clinicians) to support clinical and diagnostic projects</li><li>
Contribute to the optimization and development of laboratory protocols and methods in molecular genetics</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Your profile</h4><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Biotechnology, Genetics, or another Life Science discipline.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in high-throughput sequencing library preparation, including WES, PGS, PGD, and NIPT protocols.</li><li>
Proven experience in biological sample extraction from blood, plasma, and related materials.</li><li>
Valid DHA license to work in a molecular genetics laboratory.</li><li>
Experience working in compliance with CLIA, CAP, and ISO 15189 regulations will be considered an asset.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">

Laboratory Technician

<div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Your Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>
Oversee and manage high-throughput sequencing workflows, including WES, PGS, PGD, and NIPT library preparation.</li><li>
Lead daily laboratory operations, ensuring efficiency, proper inventory management, and timely delivery of genetic test results (TAT).</li><li>
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and DHA regulatory requirements in all laboratory processes.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (scientists, clinicians, bioinformaticians) to support clinical diagnostics and research projects.</li><li>
Contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory protocols and workflows to enhance performance and scalability.</li><li>
Provide strategic input on laboratory resource planning, technology adoption, and overall process improvements.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Your profile</h4><ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Biotechnology, Genetics, or another Life Science discipline.</li><li>
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in high-throughput sequencing library preparation, including WES, PGS, PGD, and NIPT protocols.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in managing laboratory operations, including inventory control and turnaround time (TAT) for genetic tests.</li><li>
Proven ability in training, mentoring, and evaluating team members, while ensuring quality assurance and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Valid DHA license to work in a molecular genetics laboratory.</li><li>
