<div>Find your purpose with CentraCare! We are excited to offer a newly created opportunity for an LPN or CMA to join our Neuromodulation and Behavioral Health team! You will be responsible for assistanting staff in the quality treatment of care for patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards in the clinic. This position functions as a vital team member in providing patient/family centered care. 
 
With this role, you will be trained in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to provide daily treatments along with being trained to cover in the Adult Behavioral Health Clinic and Child/Adolescent Behavioral Health Clinic. The LPN or CMA who fills this role will also be responsible for coordinating appointments and validating insurance coverage for TMS patients.
To be successful in this position, you will need to work well both independently and in a team setting, have the desire and ability to communicate well with patients and coworkers and have the ability to assess situations, problem solve and handle tasks proactively.
Schedule<ul><li>
Full-time | 64-80 hours every two weeks | Plaza</li><li>
Monday &ndash; Friday | Various shifts between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm</li><li>
No nights, weekends or holidays!</li></ul>
Pay and Benefits<ul><li>
LPN starting pay begins at $22.40 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience<ul><li>
Pay range: $22.40 - $33.58 per hour</li></ul></li><li>
CMA starting pay begins at $20.92 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience<ul><li>
Pay range: $20.71 - $31.06 per hour</li></ul></li><li>
$2,500 (LPN) and $2,000 (CMA) hiring bonus</li><li>
$5,000 relocation bonus</li><li>

Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse<ul><li>
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing</li><li>
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota</li><li>
AED and CPR training per established policy</li></ul>
OR
CMA<ul><li>
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program</li><li>
Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with one of the following:<ul><li>
American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)</li><li>
American Medical Technologists (AMT)</li><li>
National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)</li><li>
Nationally Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA)</li></ul></li><li>
AED and CPR training per established policy</li></ul>
To be eligible for the hiring bonus or relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part-time benefited position. Bonuses will only be awarded in cases where the applicant has not worked for CentraCare for at least the past nine months. Relocation bonus also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the clinic and must relocate to within 30 miles of the clinic within 120 days of employment. Pay and Benefits

<li>Salary range: $625,000 - $775,000 per year</li>
<li>Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate</li>
