Behavior TechnicianMansfield, MA: Mon 4:30-7pm and every other Tues 4:30-7 or 5-7:30We are looking for a candidate with at least one year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Duties: - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Collect and record data on client progress and behavior - Assist in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans - Assist with training and coaching caregivers on behavior management techniques - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and recordsSkills: - Experience working with children, preferably in a behavioral therapy setting - Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques - Familiarity with special education practices and strategies - Proficiency in data collection and analysis - Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of medical terminology related to developmental disabilitiesIf you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, have experience working with children, and possess the necessary skills, we want to hear from you!
