<div><b><i>Qualifications:</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Extensive experience with Adobe Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.</li>
<li>Proficient in photo and video editing as well as in capturing the content.</li>
<li>Understanding and application of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).</li>
<li>Proficiency in social media management.</li>

<ul><li>Improve upon our SEO strategy, generating more leads.</li>
<li>Capture high-quality video and photos of our customized vehicle builds.</li>
<li>Skillfully edit photos and videos for posting across various online platforms.</li>
<li>Willingly work diligently on repetitive tasks for a long duration.</li>
<li>Maintain excellent Time Management.</li>

<div>You should be someone I can give general direction to, and then trust you to run with the idea and execute. Content creation will absolutely be part of this role, but we are <i>especially</i> looking for someone who can manage and improve our in-house SEO, website structure, and overall online performance. The ideal candidate enjoys building, optimizing, and continuously improving websites and search visibility &mdash; not just maintaining social media.</div><div><br>

<div>I understand it can be challenging to consistently be creative while also producing content. We do have repeatable content formats that won&rsquo;t require heavy creativity, but our goal is growth, not status quo. We want someone motivated to improve systems, rankings, and results over time.</div><div><br>

<div>Organization is extremely important here. You will not last within this organization if you are not organized &mdash; and that includes your project files, workflows, and processes<br>

<div>You will excel most in this role if you have an interest in vehicles. You do not need to know everything about them, but genuine interest matters; otherwise, we tend to see more errors within the content and messaging.</div><div><br>
