This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a med spa setting where professionalism, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service are paramount.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments.</li><li>Recommend suitable treatment plans tailored to individual needs.</li><li>Manage client appointments efficiently.</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to enhance results and foster ongoing relationships.</li><li>Engage in retail sales by demonstrating products during demos and upselling appropriate skincare solutions to maximize client benefits.</li><li>Manage social media platforms to promote services, share success stories, and attract new clients through targeted content management.</li><li>Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure exceptional guest services and uphold the clinic&rsquo;s reputation for excellence.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of cosmetology practices like laser therapy.</li><li>Management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations at the front desk and support team members effectively.</li><li>ability to manage scheduling and client records.</li><li>Good communication skills to clearly explain treatment options and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Expertise in social media management for marketing purposes and engaging with the community online.</li><li>Deep understanding of sanitation protocols necessary for medical aesthetics environments.</li><li>Ability to perform specialized procedures such as tattooing, hair extensions, hair styling, makeup application, and straight razor shaving is advantageous.</li><li>Experience in retail sales strategies including product demos and upselling techniques to enhance revenue streams.</li><li>desire to work in high end med spa that does medical and cosmetic procedures.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
