Job Purpose:To oversee and manage the inward logistics, return processing, packing operations, and related workflows, ensuring smooth inbound management, timely coordination with stakeholders, and achievement of operational KPIs.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inbound &amp; Return Management</li><li>Oversee daily inward shipments, goods receiving, and return processing.</li><li>Ensure accuracy in verification, documentation, and storage of inbound materials.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams for timely receipt and clearance.</li><li>Sample Management</li><li>Monitor receipt, allocation, and dispatch of product samples.</li><li>Maintain proper records of sample requests and ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Customer &amp; Inter-Department Coordination</li><li>Act as a point of contact between inward/packing operations and other departments (Sales, Customer Support, Warehouse, etc.).</li><li>Support customer-specific inward and return-related requirements.</li><li>Team &amp; Workflow Supervision</li><li>Supervise packing and inward teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs.</li><li>Allocate tasks, monitor workflow, and resolve process-related issues.</li><li>Conduct training and support skill development of team members.</li><li>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting</li><li>Track and monitor daily operational performance against defined KPIs.</li><li>Prepare reports on inward status, return management, and packing efficiency.</li><li>Recommend improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.</li><li>WBG &amp; RMA Tracking</li><li>Maintain accurate records of WBG (Waybill Generation) and RMA (Return Material Authorization) activities.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of open WBG and RMA cases.</li><li>KPI Tracking &amp; Reporting</li><li>Track and report daily Inbound &amp; Operations KPIs, including:</li><li>Inward turnaround time</li><li>Accuracy of inward documentation</li><li>Packing productivity and error rate</li><li>Return closure timelines</li><li>Customer complaint resolution rate</li></ul>Desired Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of inbound logistics, packing processes, and return management.</li><li>Good understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and reporting tools.</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations Management.</li><li>4&ndash;6 years of experience in inbound, packing, or warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
