We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary. This full-time position is essential to ensuring the smooth operation in our schools. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to providing administrative support to various departments and contributing to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.</li><li>
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.</li><li>
Manage and maintain schedules, including booking appointments and coordinating meetings.</li><li>
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.</li><li>
Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.</li><li>
Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings.</li><li>
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.</li><li>
Support various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry and record keeping.</li><li>
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.</li><li>
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team.</li></ul> 
Requirements:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.</li><li>
Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office equipment.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.</li><li>
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.</li></ul>
Hours:
