How You’ll Make an Impact: 
<ul>
<li>Reviews and processes policy quotes, issues, changes, renewals and other transactions</li>
<li>Works with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles</li>
<li>Upsells and cross-sells current customers, as well as selling warm leads to prospective customers</li>
<li>Recognizes, understands, and responds to the needs of our internal and external customers</li>
<li>Manages high level relationships with insured while maintaining account integrity and database accuracy</li>
<li>Provides proactive hospitality in all customer interactions, including phone calls and emails.</li>
<li>Maintains communication with clients to identify changing needs in services, property, or account information</li>
<li>Services incoming calls, emails and customer requests</li>
<li>Consults with prospective clients to discuss and understand their insurance needs.</li>
<li>Explains the insurance products available, the different coverage types, and the benefits of each plan.</li>
<li>Builds a positive relationship with the agencies you represent</li>
<li>Provides monthly reports to agency contacts via Soapbox video</li>
<li>Performs specialized tasks and projects, occasionally leads non-complex projects and project teams</li>
<li>Tests new products and processes as needed</li>
<li>Tracks insurance claims to ensure client and company satisfaction (ability to discuss claim situations with clients)</li>
<li>Identifies & implements process changes or improvements that lead to cost savings and/or efficiencies</li>
<li>Active involvement of training teammates on tasks as assigned</li>
</ul>
Required Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain Property & Casualty (P&C) Agency license within 60 days of employment</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 1 year collective auto claims experience (general insurance experience)</li>
<li>Or 3 years of collective auto claims experience (general insurance experience)</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Experience in servicing commercial lines policies</li>
<li>Ability to rotate into extended phone coverage shift as assigned</li>
<li>Available for occasional overnight travel</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to professionally interact with our customers</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with each customer, both internal and external, by actively listening and responding to their needs</li>
<li>Ability to investigate, gather facts and information, and analyze coverage</li>

<li>Ability to work under pressure, deal with interpersonal conflict, and handle a heavy workload</li>

<li>Ability to understand Central Insurance’s policies and processes</li>
