Job Title: Commis Chef &ndash; pastry Salary: 2,800 QAR as full packageLocation: DohaEmployment Type: Full-timeReports To: shop managerJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Commis Chef to join our team, The ideal candidate will cook all breakfast and brunch types in kitchen, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and contribute to creating high-quality brunch dishes.This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Eggs, Mediterranean،brunch:- Assist in the preparing of brunch dishes also in cake,crepe,waffle - Follow recipes and guidelines.- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently.- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.- Assist in mise en place.Kitchen Operations &amp; Hygiene:- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.- Follow food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP).- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly.- Dispose of waste as per kitchen protocols.Teamwork &amp; Communication:- Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations.- Communicate any shortages or issues promptly to the manager.- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.Requirements &amp; Skills:- Experience: Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant (Mediterranean,pastery, Bakery).- Culinary Knowledge: Basic understanding of pastery items.- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.- Team Player: Cooperative attitude and willingness to learn.- Flexibility: Available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.- Certification: Food hygiene/safety certification is a plus.Benefits:- Competitive salary- Career growth opportunitiesHow to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume.NOTE: we are happy to have you among our valuable staff.Our budget for this job is 2,800 QAR as full packageJob Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,800.00 per monthWork Location: In person
