The servicing operator is involved in all areas of production. This entry-level position consists of the following duties that are essential to operations:<ul><li>
Moving inventory and production supplies safely from warehouse to cutting area, assembly floors, office facilities, etc</li><li>
Ensure the safe and timely delivery of materials, employing the highest industry safety standards</li><li>
Perform quality inspections of materials, ensuring that the delivery is completed as requested and that the order meets company and industry standards</li><li>
Perform automatic or manual bundling of soft body armor packages</li><li>
Inspects and counts the layers in soft armor packages</li><li>
Assemble components and/ or full vest</li><li>
Pack finish goods into boxes following specific set of instructions</li><li>
Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met</li><li>
Consistently and accurately follow the departments Procedures and Work Instructions</li><li>
Adhere to all safety policies and regulations</li><li>
Consistently perform at acceptable level. Achieving goals if set.</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.</li><li>
Ability to accurately follow instructions and procedures</li><li>
Availability to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.</li><li>
Outstanding organizational and communication skills.</li><li>
Must be authorized to work in the United States</li></ul>
Physical Demands:<ul><li>
Excellent physical fitness with the ability to lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds.</li><li>
Standing on hard surface for extended periods</li><li>
Good manual dexterity to meet job responsibilities</li><li>
Good visualization &ndash; ability to see details at close range</li><li>
Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for safe conduct on the manufacturing floor and to meet job responsibilities.</li></ul>
Work Environment:
This job is indoors in a traditional manufacturing/warehouse setting. Activities are primarily done while standing.
