What You&rsquo;ll Do
As a Casting Operator, you&rsquo;ll be part of the team that produces the high-quality components that make our transformers reliable. You&rsquo;ll set up and operate casting equipment, monitor quality, and help keep production running safely and smoothly. Additionally, you'll:
<ul><li>Operate and adjust casting equipment to meet production standards
</li><li>Inspect finished parts and ensure quality requirements are met
</li><li>Troubleshoot and make basic mechanical adjustments as needed
</li><li>Record production data and help maintain a clean, safe workspace
</li><li>Collaborate with your team to meet daily goals</li></ul> 
What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>
Previous experience in a manufacturing, foundry, or casting environment is a plus (but we&rsquo;ll train the right person!)
</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
</li><li>Strong commitment to teamwork and safety</li></ul>
Work Environment
You&rsquo;ll work in a hands-on environment that can be noisy and hot at times, but where safety comes first. PPE (eye and hearing protection, gloves, safety toe footwear) is required.

Physical and Environmental Requirements
<ul><li>Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
</li><li>Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.
</li><li>Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.
</li><li>PPE: Wear the required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.
</li><li>Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).
</li><li>Stamina: Stand for long shifts.
</li><li>Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.
</li><li>Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.
