Position Overview
We&rsquo;re hiring General Production Team Members to join our manufacturing operations in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.
This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality products, and want to grow within a team that values accountability and respect. Candidates hired into this role will be considered for a range of positions based on skills, interests, and production needs &mdash; including Assembly (Leafer), Coil Winding, Coil Repair, Welding, Insulation Cutting, Power Low Voltage, and Semi-Skilled roles.
You&rsquo;ll work alongside experienced supervisors, learn new skills, and contribute directly to building products that keep the lights on across the country.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Perform various hands-on production duties including assembly, operating equipment, welding, or coil repair depending on assignment.
</li><li>Follow manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and diagrams to ensure quality and accuracy.
</li><li>Operate machinery safely and efficiently; perform basic maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
</li><li>Conduct visual and quality checks throughout production stages.
</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements to maintain a safe workplace.
</li><li>Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.
</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required.
</li><li>Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required &mdash; training provided.
</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and stand for extended periods.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability.
</li><li>Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam.
</li><li>Open availability required &mdash; business hours and schedules may change based on production needs.
</li></ul>Shift Information<ul><li>
1st Shift: Monday&ndash;Friday, 7:00 AM &ndash; 3:30 PM
</li><li>2nd Shift: Monday&ndash;Friday, 3:30 PM &ndash; 12:00 AM
</li><li>All new hires start on 2nd Shift unless discussed.</li><li>
Overtime may be required, including early start times or later end times.
</li></ul>Physical &amp; Environmental Requirements<ul><li><ul><li>
Lifting: Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.</li><li>
Environment: Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors.</li><li>
Physical Activities: Sit, stand, walk, bend, climb, crouch, reach, and grasp as needed.</li><li>
PPE: Wear required PPE, including eye and hearing protection, gloves, and safety toe footwear.</li><li>
Dexterity and Vision: Manual dexterity and specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment).</li><li>
Stamina: Stand for long shifts.</li><li>
Skills: Effective communication, basic math skills, and teamwork.</li><li>
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and address hazards.</li></ul></li></ul>
