Central Plains Steel, a division of Feralloy</b>, is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate press brake equipment and produce precision metal parts while supporting overall plant operations.</div></div><br>

Physical Requirements: Stand or Sit(Stationary position), Walk(Move, Traverse), Use hand/fingers to handle or feel (Operate, Activate, Use, Prepare, Inspect, Place, Detect, Position), Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (Ascend/Descend, Work atop, Traverse), Stoop, kneel, crouch, or Crawl(Position self(to), Move), Talk/hear(Communicate, Detect, Converse with, Discern, Convey, Express oneself, Exchange information), See (Detect, Determine, Perceive, Identify, Recognize, Judge, Observe, Inspect, Estimate, Assess), Pushing or Pulling, Reaching Function in the Job: Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Job Function:
<div><ul><li>Operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts to specifications</li><li>
Read blueprints, work orders, and instructions to ensure accuracy</li><li>
Set up materials, tooling, and machine settings</li><li>
Inspect parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)</li><li>
Perform in-process and final quality checks</li><li>
Make adjustments and troubleshoot minor machine issues</li><li>
Move materials using forklifts or cranes and assist with general shop duties</li><li>
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment</li></ul></div><br>

Required Skills:<div></div><div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li><li>
0&ndash;5 years of relevant experience (press brake or manufacturing preferred)</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret blueprints</li><li>
Basic math and measurement skills</li><li>
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand for extended periods</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><div></div><div><b>
Schedule</b>: Monday&ndash;Friday, 6:30 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM<br>
<b> Pay:</b> $17&ndash;$20/hr (DOE)</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred:</b></div><ul><li>
Press brake or metal fabrication experience</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li></ul><div><b>
