Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Process a variety of banking transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently</li><li>Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and financial services</li><li>Open new customer accounts</li><li>Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services</li><li>Maintain knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and compliance regulations</li><li>Balance cash drawer daily and ensure all transactions are properly recorded</li><li>Promote and cross-sell bank products to enhance customer relationships</li><li>Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service</li><li>Adhere to security and confidentiality policies to protect customer information</li></ul><p>

Requirements:
