 As a Loss Prevention Officer, you are responsible to protect and safeguard all hotel guests, employees, their belongings and all hotel assets and your role will include key responsibilities such as-
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that all hotel properties are adequately secured at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare daily incident reports, requisitions and other inter office memos and ensure that all allegations of the crime and other incidents are investigated and recorded
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare annual security goals
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with Department Heads to ensure hotel employees are adhering to established security procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external police authorities in the investigation and handling of crimes, accidents, etc., involving the hotel, its employees and / or guests
 </li>

 Perform all tasks consistently in line with the hotel standards and adhere to all legal and statutory requirements

 You should ideally be a graduate with previous experience in a similar role preferably with a hotel security background. Additional certifications like CPR, First Aid, BHV or the use of AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) are a definite plus. A fluent command of English in both written and spoken and the capability to follow safety and security rules and procedures without compromises at all times is essential.

 We&rsquo;re currently seeking for passionate and dynamic guest focused Learning and Development professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.
 
 
 As an Assistant Learning &amp; Development Manager you are responsible for assisting the Human Resources Department in managing the hotel&rsquo;s training function in order to promote the desired work culture. The role involves developing and conducting training courses as well as facilitating training workshops based on operational requirements and will include key responsibilities such as-
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze Colleague Development needs in the hotel and prioritize such needs for the Cluster Assistant Human Resources Manager to review
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a variety of professional quality training and development programs and evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery by supervisors
 </li>

 Consult with the Cluster Assistant Human Resources Manager for the co-ordination of Colleague Development courses
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in conducting a &lsquo;Colleague Development Needs&rsquo; analysis and prepare an Annual Learning &amp; Development Plan and budget accordingly
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the maintenance of Learning &amp; Development aids, order Learning &amp; Development materials and stationery as required for the Learning &amp; Development office and Colleague Development courses
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the selection of Departmental Trainers, then assist in training and developing them through ongoing workshops and monthly meetings

 As a Guest Service Agent you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience and your role will include key responsibilities such as-

 Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service

 Give a warm welcome and check in guests taking into account the established SOPs
 </li>
 <li>
 Check out of departing guest in accordance with the established standards
 </li>

 Sell rooms to walk-in guests and be responsible for all pro-active and day-to-day facilities issues

 Responsible for cash inventory, cashing cheques and bills of exchange in foreign currencies for hotel guest in accordance with the credit policy
 </li>

 Corporate with colleagues from all departments, in particular Housekeeping, Finance and Reservation

 Ensure that the Guest Service Desk is manned, operationally prepared and stocked at all times in order to be available for guests as a point of contact

 Maintain the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed
 </li>

 Demonstrate a complete understanding of the hotel&rsquo;s policies and procedures and service standards and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings

 You should ideally have a degree in hospitality with previous experiences in the Front Office Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and knowledge in an additional language, along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials. Computer literate and previous experiences with Opera are an advantage.
