 About The Role
 
 
 
 As the Executive Assistant, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in supporting our CEO and executives while creating a productive and engaging workplace environment. This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff and partner closely on day-to-day operations, culture, and team engagement initiatives.
 
 
 Our office generally takes a hybrid approach, but given how central this role is to the day-to-day, we&rsquo;re looking for someone who&rsquo;s excited to be in the office in Hudson Square 4-5 days/week. You&rsquo;ll be at the heart of our operations, enabling our team to thrive and our leaders to focus on driving the business forward by providing high-level administrative support with hands-on office management responsibilities.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment, has exceptional organizational skills, can effectively multitask, and is motivated to work with executives while being deeply involved in the many facets of our business- including helping to shape a strong, connected, and engaged team culture.
 
 
 
 What you'll do:
 
 
 
 
 Executive Support:

 Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, and executive team as needed, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and prioritize competing demands, ensuring the CEO&rsquo;s time is optimized.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, review, and manage presentations, reports, and documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take meeting minutes and track follow-ups to ensure accountability and progress on key initiatives.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Office Management:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage office supplies, shipping, equipment, and vendor relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate meetings, team events, and celebrations to foster company culture and engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with the Chief of Staff and VP of People to plan and execute culture-building initiatives, team experiences, and engagement activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations, procuring access tools, and creating a seamless first-day experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and manage budgets for office expenses.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Administrative Support:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Organize and maintain company documents, records, and databases
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with special projects, including research, reporting, and event planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with company-wide communications and events as needed.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1-3 years as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have a clear professional presence in order to communicate effectively with investors, shareholders, and other high-value contacts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack. Project management software like Notion and Asana is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively (i.e., action-oriented).
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in event and travel coordination is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive attitude with a passion for creating an efficient, people-centered workplace and strong team culture.
