 Job Description: Manager Mechanical Design

 Job Profile &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Shall have 8 to 12 years of experience in Mechanical design of electronic and RADAR systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Shall be bachelor&rsquo;s or master&rsquo;s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the
 
 mechanical design of complete RADAR systems
 
 and their sub-systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive concept development, prototyping, validation, and transition to production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and develop
 
 gimbals, pedestals, and kinematic mechanisms for RADAR manoeuvrability.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee structural and thermal design, including high-wattage cooling systems and their validation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the development and testing of
 
 radomes, actuators, and motor-integrated mechanisms.
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure mechanical integrity across assemblies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and validate cable and harness routing and retention at the system level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct system-level mechanical analysis and testing of RADAR systems and sub-systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electronics, systems, and manufacturing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize CAD tools (
 
 preferably SolidWorks)
 
 for 3D modeling, and documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
