We are seeking a full-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Suwannee Correctional Institution located in Live Oak, Florida, 15 miles southeast of Lake City, 65 miles northwest of Gainesville and 85 miles west of Jacksonville, Florida.
Many of our locations qualify for National Health Services Corp loan repayment.

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides mental health/psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients under the clinical direction of a psychiatrist and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in providing mental health services to patients in a correctional setting.<ul><li>
ANCC or ANA certification as an APRN-PMH or NCCPA Physician Assistants with CAQ in Psychiatry of qualifications</li><li>
Active unrestricted Florida APRN-PMH or PA - CAQ license</li><li>
Active unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration certificate</li><li>
Prior correctional mental health is highly desired</li><li>
Prior locked unit experience is highly desired
</li><li>Able and willing to pass a comprehensive background investigation</li><li>
Work legally in the United States without sponsorship</li></ul>

This institution has a cohesive multidisciplinary team, is well staffed and offers excellent collaboration with the Centurion medical team as well as our FLDOC administrative team and correctional officers.

Centurion Forensic Health Services is proud to partner with the Connecticut Judicial Branch to provide community based forensic and mental health services to the Court Support Services Division Alternative in the Community (AIC) programs. We are currently seeking a full-time Intervention Specialist to join our team at the Stamford Alternative in the Community office located in Stamford, Connecticut. Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus!).
The Intervention Specialist (IS)/Case Manager is responsible for preparing, planning, facilitating group sessions using curriculum based interventions, and enhancing client ability in concrete problem solving, demonstrating positive reinforcement of pro-social alternatives, and other skill building exercises. Additionally, this role is responsible for maintaining all aspects of documentation and data tracking consistent with quality assurance expectations.<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree plus 3 years&rsquo; experience in social services, criminal justice or related field</li><li>
Experience with individual and group facilitation and group dynamics.</li><li>
Education may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis.</li><li>
Strong communication and engagement skills</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li><li>
Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.</li></ul>
