 We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of multifamily and commercial construction projects in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for a driven professional looking to grow within a fast-paced General Contracting environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination from preconstruction through closeout
 </li>
 <li>
 Support budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule adherence
 </li>
 <li>
 Help develop and maintain project schedules and look-ahead plans
 </li>
 <li>
 Review plans, specifications, and contracts for accuracy and completeness
 </li>
 <li>
 Track procurement of materials and equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication across stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in construction project management or related role
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with multifamily, commercial, or mixed-use projects is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and time management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
 </li>
