As a Medical Scribe and Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the lead audiologist in documenting charts, managing patient records, and providing exceptional patient service.Duties: - Provide medical administrative support to lead audiologist - Assist with patient check-ins, including verifying personal information and insurance details - Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar - Prepare examination rooms for patient visits - Code and file medical records accurately - Provide excellent patient service, including answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance as needed - Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient careSkills:- Tech Savvy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environmentJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: Up to $20.00 per hourAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Orland Park, IL 60467 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Orland Park, IL 60467: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
