POSITION SUMMARY</b></div><div>
The team member in this position is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external guests. The Maintenance Tech I is also responsible for the adherence to customer courtesy skills to assure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. This position is classified as a <b>Safety Sensitive</b> position. It is a position where the team member holding this position has the responsibility for his/her own safety and the safety of others.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><div>

Perform maintenance as instructed by the Facilities Manager, Facilities Shift Manager and/or Lead personnel.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>

<ul><li>
Basic knowledge of the HVAC systems, generator and fire safety systems.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Responsible for general maintenance of all Company owned facilities and the property itself</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on systems with instruction from supervisory personnel.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Operate all types of hand tools, power tools and machinery as may be necessary.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Use chemicals in a safe manner utilizing all safety precautions.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Operate lifts and company equipment in a safe manner.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Responsible for alerting supervisory personnel of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
May be responsible to assist or complete the duties and responsibilities of the Groundskeeper position.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Complete special projects or other responsibilities as may be determined.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Adhere to regulatory, departmental and Company policies in an ethical manner and require others to do the same.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Handle routine customer complaints and incidents, and exhibit the appropriate discretion to define situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel. Seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul><li>
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends and holidays; shifts may change based on business needs.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>

The ability to perform basic oral &amp; written communication, concentration, perception, working with interruptions, calculating and problem solving.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><br>
Work Environment:</div><div><ul><li>
This position requires working inside and outside, exposure to dust/smoke/fumes, exposure to electrical hazards, working in hot/cold temperatures, exposure to chemicals and noise.</li></ul></div><div></div><div><b><br>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><div>
Experience/Education:</div><ul><li>
High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li><li>
Zero to two years of experience in facilities maintenance or a combination of education/experience.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Knowledge:</div><ul><li>
Ability to read, write and understand simple instructions.</li><li>
Knowledge of OSHA required standards and safety requirements.</li><li>
Knowledgeable of personal protective equipment.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, heating and air-conditioning.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Other<b>:</b></div><ul><li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Level 2 Missouri Gaming License.</li><li>
Must have and maintain a driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>
Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification relating to the position.</li><li>
Must complete all required company training.</li></ul></div></div>
